Full Service offers a more intense design process and follow up than a la Carte. Although the process starts out the same, Full Service specifies custom and trade only products along with procurement, while a la Carte gives you the ability to shop retail, handle your own procurement and installation.
Consultations and Designer for a Day are paid in advance. In the case of cancellation, fees will be refunded less transaction costs.
For other services a schedule of payments is established when the proposal is developed. Payments occur at various milestones in the project.

Virtual is done via Zoom meetings, email, and delivery. I work with your measurements, which I show you how to do. Then I email my design plans and documents ahead of the presentation, samples are delivered via delivery services and we meet on Zoom to review.
Other services are on site meetings with deliverables.
Business hours are generally 10-4 M-F excepting holidays. Email is required for decisions and clarifications in order to have a record. I will respond to emails by the next business day.
Design takes time. I don’t cut corners and am very detail oriented. Each project is tailored to you, my esteemed client.
