Children grown and off on their own, this couple decided to downsize and remodel a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in a Swedish influenced style. The request was for a light and bright kitchen, suited to an avid baker and cook who wanted the best appliances and room to prep, bake and store large quantities of supplies. We started with a fresh palette of blue, cream and sand. The kitchen was completely redesigned with specific storage requirements. New hardwood floors were installed throughout. Custom cabinetry in the kitchen with a dedicated baking island, a remodeled laundry, and a steam shower in the master bath created a luxurious haven. All new lighting and a custom fireplace surround with handpainted tile, along with new family room furniture completed the remodel.
