Consultation

All your burning questions answered. Two hours of insight, suggestions, and my 25 plus years of experience all help you avoid expensive mistakes. During this session, define your style and gain direction for the changes you wish to implement. Use this time as an exploration of the next steps tailored to your needs such as styling, renovation, new build or simply a project on your own.
2 hours on site $400

Designer for a Day

Helping you to gain confidence to move forward with your project by having a professional designer visit your home. Four hours on site and studio work produces deliverables that help you to define your design style, gives you layout sketches, color recommendations, finish material suggestions, and furniture suggestions for your space. I will follow up with a detailed summary and a mood board for you to implement on your own schedule.
4 hours on site + studio time $2,500

Cabinetry Plans

Cabinetry plans are based on your existing layout.
I provide plans and specifications and you take it from there.
Design fee based on scope of work.

Materials and Finishes Package

Flooring/Counters/Wood Finishes/Wall and Ceiling Finishes

Decorative Lighting Package

Dining/Entry/Stairs/Kitchen/Bath/etc

Styling/Furnishings for one room

Includes a layout and retail furnishings for you to source
